Paolo Sanna will introduce us to the Bruichladdich distillery, located on the island of Islay (the home of peated whisky), the distillery produces three different kind of malt, Bruichladdich (un-peated), Port Charlotte (peated), Octomore, the whisky more peat ever produced in Scotland, peaty about four times more than the others.
