Glenglassaugh is an Highland distillery, brought to a second life by Billy Walker group after a few years of difficulties. This Evolution is matured in ex-Tennessee bourbon casks by George Dickel distillery: these casks give vanilla notes to the single malt, and the result is a perfect balance between sweetness and a coastal character.

N: open, vanilla, yellow fruit, coconut and shortbread, with growing sea breeze.
P: pleasant, intense, coconut and vanilla, bread with salted butter.
F: long, all on yellow fruit.

Perfect to taste with a peach tart.
