Nose: immediately stands out the note of peat, reminiscent of smoked mozzarella, the flavor recalls the sea.

Palate: it is dry, a little angular "spike", at the beginning then a good body develops, salty in the finish with notes of smoke and a sweet note of vanilla and fresh grass and menthol.
