N: mild smoke, burnt wood; some sea air, then marzipan and orchard fruit.
P: mouth-coating, with smoke, licorice, a gentle saltiness and mature fruit again.
F: long and lingering, all on burnt wood.

Elegant as it is, it's perfect to match with Scottsh shortbread.
