Tomatin Legacy is the entry-level bottling in the distillery's core range. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and virgin american oak casks, it's a young scotch, extremely lively and fruity. It can give great satisfaction at a fair price.

N: candied ginger, vanilla, coconut, apple pie, herbal hints and some spices.
P: intense, easily quaffable, again coconut and vanilla, apples and marzipan, lemon.
F: long, vanilla and lemon in perfect balance.

We suggest the match with spaghetti and wild boar ragout.
