This version of Bowmore matures for 9 long years in a combination of ex bourbon and ex Spanish sherry barrels; the result is a rich whiskey with notes of cocoa, red fruit and Catalan cream, all in elegant harmony with Bowmore's classic peaty notes.

N: great, clear sherry, red fruit, caramel, raisins, chocolate and a soft peat.
P: pleasant, salted licorice, smoke, raspberry jam, catalan cream.
F: long, burnt red fruit, salt.
