A barrel of "Quercus alba" from the forests of North America, previously used to age a bourbon whiskey, is the home of this gentle and rich single malt.

Distilled in 2010, it has a golden color; the nose is dry, with hints of barley malt and yeast: the delicate note of wood and white fruit is not to be missed.

In the final we are greeted by sensations of sandalwood and honey, pleasant in the mouth, round.

The finish gives us harmonies of citrus, apple and a trace of raw sugar.
