Single Malt Scotch Whisky, single cask selected by the the Dutch bottler: DS Tayman, matured in hogshead then finished in Syrah Wine Barrel

Nose: Charred oak and a pinch of saltiness. Lovely balance with green gauges in the background.

Palate: Rounded and soft with delicious pomegranate. Well-integrated peat smoke and toasted oak.

Finish: Just like the end of a meaty grill with sea salt on the lips and extended malty fruity sweetness.
