Bill Lumsden is one of the most experimental scottish managers, and you must be sure that when he does experiment, results will be excellent. This Glenmorangie Signet is a prestigious bottling of the core range, produced using toasted barley, or "Chocolate Malt", commonly used for brewing stout beers.

N: very fruity, leather, cigar tobacco leaves, traditional balsamic vinegar, wood and vanilla.
P: starts on sweet winey notes, then dried apricots, raisins, malt and chocolate.
F: long, on dried fruit and milk chocolate.

We suggest to match it to a slightly spicy apple cake.
