Glenfarclas is one of the last distilleries family-owned in Scotland: the Grants have always been committed to maintain a traditional style of whisky-making. This 105 Proof, is a perfect example: cask strength, without age statement, it's fully matured in sherry casks. A contemporary classic.

N: intense, cherries, tinned peaches, treacle, chocolate, licorice and raspberry jam.
P: really explosive, again cherries, red fruit, dark chocolate, tobacco hints and cinnamon and ginger biscuits.
F: long, lingering, on dark chocolate and red fruit juice.

We suggest the match with a pigeon timbale.
