Nikka Black is a mastery vatting of two Japanese single malts, distilled in Miyagikyo and Yoichi, with a dominant presence of the latter. The result is an excellent and balanced dram, lightly peated.

N: aromatic, briney notes, ripe fruit, a slight peaty smoke, honey, warm barley.
P: intense, flints, again brine, citrus and honey.
F: long, on honey and a pleasant hint of smoke.

We suggest to pair it with a Vitello Tonnato.
