1) Caol ila 15 Years Old - 53.4% ABV
Bota de Punta/Bota No, 2 years extra maturation. Yes, the same crazy 100+yo cask we used few years ago for the Ledaig 10 has been put to use to bring this Caol Ila to a whole new level!

2) Domaine de Charron 27 Years Old - 48.6% ABV
French oak. 1995 was the vintage that made us fall in love with this little domaine so we decided to take every single drop that was left of it for this special release!

3) D+V Old Blended Rum 27 Years Old - 52.6% ABV
Column+Pot Still. Take a Diamond, add the right amount of Versailles (wooden pot still), taste, then try again until you fall in love with the result, and we did! Continental Ageing.

4) Grenada 30 Years Old - 57.7% ABV
Column still. We took our time to find the right one being the first we do from Grenada, and it was definitely worth it. An outstanding sweet complexity! 15 years of tropical ageing.

5) "Esters' Delight #2" - 5 Distilleries in Jamaica - 14 Years Old - 56.9% ABV
Pot still. A second seahorse blend had to be made, we missed the first one too much! Same 5 distilleries, same high esters nose and sweet palate. We just Love it! Continental ageing.

6) Saint Catherine 17 Years Old - 53.3% ABV
Pot Still. A great classic from WP distillery, with a longer tropical ageing than before, 15 years!

7) Mauritius 8 Years Old - 57.2% ABV
Column Still. Distilled from pure sugar cane juice in a column still (but not in a creole column), from a secret northern Mauritian distillery. Vanilla paradise! 2 years of tropical maturation.

8) Saint Michael 22 Years Old - 51.1% ABV
Pot Still. From the oldest rum pot still in Barbados and in the world, we fell in love with its complexity and spicy character, it had to be done! 5 years of tropical ageing.

9) Nicaragua 25 Years Old - 57.1% ABV Column Still. Last but not least our first cask from Nicaragua, an incredibly rich rum that has in spices it's forte!
