This single cask, bottled exclusively for Milano Whisky Festival, was matured for over 7 years in a bourbon barrel previously used by Buffalo Trace, to be then finished in a fresh STR cask for over 19 months. During its 8 years maturation the red fruit character and spiciness, to perfectly marry with the citrus and smoky sweetness of the heavily peated Kilchoman spirit.

Nose: sweet spices and dried fruits, fresh red grapes and waves of sweet smokiness.

Palate: Red fruits and milk choccolate with light hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. Peat smokiness throughout.

Finish: Sweet berries and long lingering smokiness
