A splendid single malt from Ardmore, distilled in 2012 and matured in ex-bourbon barrels. After nine years of rest, the whisky was independently bottled up by Càrn Mòr in 2022, releasing a total of 1,184 bottles for its Strictly Limited collection.

Nose: Buttery pastries, wafts of floral tea, hearty bonfire smoke, and woody vanilla.

Palate: Rich smoke and vanilla tangle alongside prickles of peppery oak and cooked apple.

Finish: Butterscotch and soft fudge balance peppery heat, while charred heather and drying peat smoke linger.
