A single cask by Benrinnes, distilled in 2006 and re-racked in a ex-Moscatel cask for a second aging before being bottled at 16 years at cask strength. The 2006 was the last year in which Benrinnes used the method of partial triple distillation: it is testimony of a style that no longer exists!

Aroma: Fresh and open, fruits and citrus fruits – lavender, beeswax, toasted hazelnuts. Apple tart.

Palate: Baked apples and pears, honey and orange, peach pie.

Finish: Blood orange and violet, barley.
