14 year old Single Malt distilled at Cooley, matured for 12 years in Bourbon Cask and 2 years in Portuguese White Moscatel Cask- Adega de Palmela.

Nose : Fragrant on the nose with ripe fruit (nectarines) and floral notes. Orange Chocolate.

Palate : Tropical on the palate with pronounced oak spice. Marmalade & sticky brown sugar. Stollen..Sweet, but kind of an adult sweetness.

Finish : Dry finish with marzipan, cocoa and dark chocolate

Overall : Attractive on the nose with ripe fruit and floral notes. Clean and tropical on the palate with pronounced oak and and an enjoyably dry finish
