Nose: On the nose a pleasantly fresh peat-smoke. BBQ, bonfires, smoked ham, meaty. Sweet vanilla, pineapple and forest honey. Malty with cereals.

Palate: On the palate sweet and smoky. Lots of vanilla, pepper and some chili. Citrus, slightly dry. 

Finish: Mid-long finish. Ashy, sweet citrus notes. Smoked salt.
