This single malt from London-based Bimber is a vatting of some of the distillery’s oldest first-fill American oak cask whiskies from 2017. Established in 2015, the distillery uses malt from Warminster Maltings and customised alembic pot stills to achieve fruit-forward, textured and layered spirits. Batch 4 offers complex and rich aromas of green apple peels, dried stone fruits, milk-soaked cereals and vanilla, followed by notes of orchard fruits, cooked apricot, charred oak and pepper throughout the palate.
