A single cask of Inchgower, aged in an ex-Sherry Pedro Ximenez Puncheon, distilled in 2008 and bottled cask strength at 54% in 555 bottles.

Aroma: Exhilarating, rich, with chocolate and red fruit, vinous and sugary veins, dates and fig jam.

Palate: Intense, explosive, with all the fullness of the PX that surrounds the palate, including leather, flavored tobacco, mon cheri.

Finish: Very long, overwhelming, with sweetened coffee and more maraschino cherries.
