Aroma: Dried malt, washback; pineapple, pears and apples. Quite massive and slightly oily with barley sugars, berries and berries. Almonds and Jamon Serrano.

Palate: A lot of dried barley, other raw ham, olive oil, pineapple soda, lime zest.

Finish: More lime zest, almond butter, ginger tea and pineapple cubes.
