North Star's Iain Croucher selected a single cask from Annandale Distillery, a whisky distilled in 2015 and aged for 7 years in an Ex-Oloroso Sherry Butt. Bottled in November 2022 at 54.9% in 458 bottles, it is a huge surprise that reveals the qualities of this small Lowland distillery, and at the same time confirms Iain's ability to select great whiskies.
