The combination, different each time, is curated by Whisky Maker Sarah Burgess to build an elegant and intense whisky, and in this case it is a mix of ex-Sherry Palo Cortado and Pedro Ximenez casks – as vibrant as a Greek city, with the air rich in spices and raisins, cocoa and nougat. Warm, sweet and elegant, it's a memorable whisky.
