Two visionary guys propose this very special Irish whiskey, bottled at 65%, blended of 4 types of whiskey aged in 3 distinct barrels, according to the same recipe as the First Cut. It is a 40% of dark wheat ripened in Virgin Oak, 40% of light wheat matured in Ex-Bourbon, 8% of Irish Pot Still Whiskey aged in Oloroso, 10% of malt with double distillation and a 2% of peated malt aged in ex-Bourbon Casks.
