A peated Irish single malt from Waterford, made with barley grown at Ballybannon farm, County Carlow, in heavy, lime-rich soil directly adjacent to a sphagnum-dense inland bog.

The barley is kiln dried to 47ppm with peat from Niall Carroll's Ballyteige cuttings in County Kildare, creating layers of aromatic smoke that mingle with Ballybannon's creamy, fruity character without overpowering it.
