Chosen by the Danish brand ambassador Martin Markvardsen. Aged for 10 years in a combination of ex bourbon barrels (70%) and oloroso sherry casks (30%). It's a limited edition of 3000 bottles, originally exclusive for the Swedish market.

N: light peat smoke, spices, vanilla and a complex fruity side.
P: fresh and dangerously quaffable, with a peaty tang and a lot of yellow fruits.
F: long and lingering, fresh and lightly peated.

Very yielding, it can be tried with a seafood Spaghetti platter.
