This Single Cask from Dailuaine has matured for 9 years in an ex-olororoso sherry hogshead, perfectly marrying the spices of sherry with the robust malt of Dailuaine.

Nose: Lemon peel turns into berry jelly with ginger cookies, candied nuts and sweaty oak.

Palate: The fresh and fruity notes continue on the tongue, berries and cherries in candy form. Spicy herbs with ginger and gingerbread provide a warm start to the aftertaste.

Finish: fresher and fruitier with even cream.
