Exmu's whisky is handcrafted and in small batches with a traditional direct-fire copper still, the barley is grown in the fields surrounding the distillery with over 200 hours of fermentation.

The whisky is obtained through a double distillation that allows first the concentration of alcohol and in the second the cutting of the heads and tails to obtain only the heart of the distillate and maintain the flavor of the raw material.

The whisky is unfiltered and contains no artificial colors or flavors.

Single malt and single cask distilled with passion and matured in a ex-bourbon cask.

Nose: vanilla, wood and cereals give great suggestions together with a sweet bread and fresh fruit.

Palate: an excellent combination of spices (vanilla), flowers (rose, white flowers, orange blossom) and a fresh fruitiness that gives a certain acidity (cherry).

Finish: sweet finish with spicy persistence.
