As with all the Old Perth range, this whisky is fully matured in sherry casks. This Limited Edition takes its name from the luxurious grape of Southern Spain (Pedro Ximenez), picked very ripe or sun-dried to concentrate the sugar and natural acidity of the wine.

Maturation in a combination of Pedro Ximenez Sherry Hogsheads and Butts has resulted in a whisky packed full of flavour with a velvety texture, with rich notes of stewed fruits, sherry-soaked prunes and dark chocolate on the palate.
