The team at Clydeside Distillery doesn't want their whisky to remain imprisoned in stereotypes or clichés.

With the first of their annual limited edition releases, The Clydeside intends to shed a new light on Lowland whisky, highlighting its many beauties, showcasing its many virtues and re-examining its presentation, through an intense, fruity and full-bodied profile, enhanced by the cask strength ABV.

This Clydeside is made using clear water from Loch Katrine, 100% Scottish barley and matured in the finest ex-Bourbon first-fill casks.

Aroma: Orange marmalade and fruity malt aromas, with butter biscuits, fruit pastries and powdered sugar.

Palate: The sweetness of the malt goes perfectly with the influence of the oak from the ex-Bourbon barrels in which the whisky was matured.

Finish: The spices and vanilla explode in the finish, while the higher alcohol content finally makes itself felt, giving a remarkable persistence.
