A Tale of the Forest is the very first Glenmorangie whisky made from smoked barley with woodland plants. This experimental-looking limited edition evokes everything you can smell, hear or see in the woods. It is by bringing up to date an old method, consisting of smoking barley with plants, that Dr. Bill Lumsden created these notes of pine, juniper and smoked wood. Aromas so singular that they led the illustrator Pomme Chan to imagine her own interpretation of an imaginary forest, staged on the packaging of this whisky.
