This deep copper coloured whiskey was initially matured in Bourbon, and finished for 22 months in a 500L Amontillado Dulce Sherry butt, which was part of a solera for over 30 years in Spain

Nose: Raisins, Apple Strudel and polished leather.

Taste: Rich caramel, caramelised fruits, baked nuts and pipe tobacco.

Finish: Long with cacao nibs, toasted hazelnuts, maraschino cherries and mixed spice. Like all of The Bridge releases, this is a non chill-filtered whiskey with no added colour.
