This rum was distilled in 2000 at Long Pond distillery, aged for 22 years in a single cask before being bottled cask strength in 2023. A Jamaican bomb.

Aroma: lime peel, banana cream, white grapes, pineapple, olive brine with licorice, clay and chopped crustaceans.

Palate: citrus peel, chamomile, green pineapple, overripe banana, salt... of maritime forest.

Finish: long and spicy with a fine structure and a touch of salinity.
