The legendary stills of the Caroni distillery in Trinidad gives us all the quality and depth of flavour for which this distillery was famous.

The rum was put into a first-fill barrel in 1998 and spent its first 10 years maturing in the warm climate of the Caribbean, after which it was transported to Europe, where the maturation process was completed, before bottling in 2023 by Milano Whisky Company.
