AROMA: important peat but tempered by soft and gentle tones of malt, barley candy and acacia honey, with hints of dry aromatic herbs.

PALATE: complex and well balanced, warm and very rich, with the classic spicy hints of sherry casks.

FINISH: long and very persistent.
