The third Creation of Cù Bòcan, the experimental highland peated whisky of the Tomatin distillery: this release is the result of the mix of casks that had contained Cabernet Sauvignon from Morocco, which bring roundness and fruit, and ex-American Rye Whiskey barrels, which in turn give spicy and very fresh notes. The result is incredibly balanced and surprising.
