Single malt by Glen Spey, distilled in June 2008 and aged in a refill Hogshead before making a finish in a virgin wood barrel (Virgin Oak Barrel). Aged for 15 years, it resulted in a total of 237 bottles bottled cask strength at 54.5%. A riot of intensity!

Aroma: Buttery pasta and cooked pears, orange peel with sticky cinnamon rolls.

Palate: Spicy sultanas, almonds covered with sugar, with savory hints of black pepper balanced by flowers and fruit from the orchard.

Finish: Charcoal, mineral vanilla, aromatic honey and spices.
