Talisker Surge is an amber single malt whisky from the Skye region of Scotland. This limited edition is matured in ex-bourbon barrels. As a result, a deliciously sweet aroma full of notes of blueberries and banana has developed, with a base note of Crème Brule.

Waves of sweet butterscotch roll over the tongue with notes of toasted pine nuts and a spicy bite of chili.

On the tongue you hear a salty tone of brioche that looks a little sweet, paired with bananas and sweet peach. Sweet salty maritime nuances of fresh ginger and pepper notes are also felt.

The aftertaste is full of freshly broken black pepper wrapped in a hint of smoke, embers from a bonfire that goes out and a soft sweet hint of roasted marshmallow.
