A single malt of Teaninich distillery, distilled in 2013, an then finished for 21 months in two ex-Stout Barrels and bottled in 2023, at 50%

Aroma: Rye bread, yeast freshly thrown into a wooden washback, nutmeg, soy glazed chicken, yeast extract, autumn forest, shitake mushrooms. Some delicate fruits, unripe kiwi and lime peel.

Palate: In the mouth it is much stronger than the nose suggests, with pine resin, wood chips, grilled buttered peaches, roasted malt.

Finish: Enveloping wax, resin, cardamom spice.
