One of the most beautiful labels ever for this Glenallachie distilled in 2011, matured in a Sherry Butt refill and then transferred into a first fill Pedro Ximenez Sherry Butt for 8 months before being bottled in 2023, at 52.9%.

Aroma: McCowan's Highland Toffee, walnut oil, touch of grass, prunes, linseed oil, burnt Christmas cake, forest bottom.

Palate: Sultanas, sweet and sour sauce, Brazil nuts, tarragon, dark raspberry dark chocolate, wormwood, pretzels covered with milk chocolate.

Finish: Sauternes wine.
