Batch 5 of Ardbeg's 19-year-old small-batch single malt, has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and oloroso sherry casks.

The Singing Sands is the local name for Islay’s beautiful Traigh Bhan beach. For this captivating place has white soft sands that sing beneath your feet, a hum that ebbs and flows with Islay’s winds and tides.

Bottled in humidity, this rare small-batch 19-Year-Old Ardbeg is arguably the most typical dram to leave the distillery.

Notes of fresh green pepper, smoked mango and guava mingle with maple bacon on the nose.

A deep smokiness gives waves of aniseed, burnt heather, and spiced chive. A satisfying long, sizzling finish brings with it notes of warm toffee fudge and smoked butter.
