A hogshead that well represents the characteristics of Highland Park (even if we couldn't say it), the classic "sweet" peat of the Orkney Islands, a bit of citrus and powdered sugar.

This cask was selected by Andrea & Giuseppe of Milano Whisky Festival and bottled by independent bottler Berry Bros & Rudd at 53.4% 

The whisky was bottled without added colouring and not chill filtered.
