This elegant and fragrant single malt was matured for almost three decades in an ex-bourbon cask and bottled by indie bottler Carn Mor in the Celebration of the Cask series.

There are aromas of peach blossom, honey nut cereal and ripe bananas on the nose that give way to a balancing combination of pineapple, citrus and freshly cut vanilla.

This is a wonderful representation of Aultmore.
