It is told that in the foggy nights a ghost dog used to torment Tomatin workers: maybe they had too many drams in working hours? Anyway, this lightly peated dram is a very enjoyable malt, and it evokes the terrible demon since Cu Bocan means "ghost dog" in gaelic.

N: open, fresh, malty notes, washbacks, gentle smoke, vanilla and yellow fruits.
P: coherent, pleasant, cereals, shortbread, salted butter, apples and a hint of smoke.
F: long, on peat and dried herbs.

Perfect with quail eggs and truffle.
