This new edition of the award-winning pot still rum from St. Catherine in Jamaica was aged entirely in the Caribbean, and then aged for 15 to 18 months in second-fill Oloroso sherry casks, plus a small percentage of Pedro Ximenez casks.

The careful blending of the casks has made it possible to harmonize the impetuous vitality and intense aromas of the young Jamaican rum with the vinous, fruity and succulent complexity of the sherry casks. A robust and multifaceted rum, full of power but also nuances.
