A refill Sherry Butt distilled in 2011 at Glenrothes Distillery, transferred into a first fill Oloroso Sherry Butt for 8 months and bottled in 2023, at 50%. A complex and varied sherry monster, with truly unique 'meaty' notes.

Aroma: Frangipani, marrow, plums, chocolate rolls, beef wine stew, orange peel.

Palate: Red fruits, chocolate bitters, vintage port, sticky figs, molasses, caramelized cane sugar, Lotus coffee cookies, cigars.

Finish: Rich and long.
