An ex-Red Wine Cask distilled in 2009 at the Aultmore Distillery, bottled in 2022, at 50%.

Aroma: Strawberry tart, cranberry sauce, cinnamon, maple syrup. Quite sweet, but not aggressive: the distillate does not hide behind the character of red wine. Pineapple and plums in fermentation.

Palate: Soft red fruits; blueberries, strawberries. Touches of wood spices, incense and gentle oak. Cranberry compote spiced with cinnamon.

Finish: Long, slightly dry, with a persistent spiciness and soft red berries.
