It was bottled up without chill-filtration and with no added colour at a lofty 56.7% ABV.

Nose: Toffee apple, creamy vanilla, raisin-studded fudge, and sticky sweet sherried oak.

Palate: Caramel, baking spice, leather, and chocolate-coated cranberries.

Finish: Root ginger, clove, and orchard fruit.
